Your information may be collected and used by the Company through your use of this Site. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to explain more about how we collect and manage your information. This Privacy is complementary to and does not in any way derogate from the Terms and Conditions of Use of this site.

Glocient is a Hospitality Outfit that is into the business of Hospitality and Resort Management. Currently in charge of the management and running of Ikogosi Warm Spring Resort and Conference Center for which purpose it has created this site. This Privacy Policy applies to persons who wish to use the Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort and Conference Center website to access information on the services offered by Glocient at the Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort and Conference Center, Bookings and Reservations for rooms, halls and other facilities available at the Resort and to make payments for or purchase any service, product or gift item offered on the site and at the Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort or any of our facilities.
This Privacy Policy governs how Glocient collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from User(s) of the websites https://www.glocient.com and https://www.Ikogosiresort.com (“Sites” or “Services”). This Privacy Policy applies to the Sites and all services offered by Glocient Hospitality at Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort and Conference Center and all other facilities run by Glocient. At Glocient (“we”, “us” or “our”), we are very particular about and committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. When you use the services on the site, you’ll share some information about you with us. With this Privacy Policy, you will know what information we collect, how we use it, and whom we share it with. You will also know the level of access and control you have over the information you share.

2.1. When you visit our website: We collect your Personal Information if you use and open an account to use the website or perform any transactions on the platform. We collect personal information such as phone number, email address and/or password to enable you sign up for and procure some of our services.
2.2. When you join the Escape Club/ Subscribe to receive updates: We collect your Personal Information for your user profile. Depending on whether you are subscribing as an individual or a travel agent we collect your first and last names and your E-mail Address.
2.3. When you carry out transactions: Upon accessing the website, we may collect the information that you provide to enable electronic payments on the platform; to store details of your visit history; and update your profile. Please note that if you refuse to share your Personal Information for this purpose, we may not be able to provide the Services to you directly on this platform. If you participate in our surveys, we collect your insights into the Services and responses to our questions. You may choose whether to participate in any survey.

It tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. 5.8 Aggregated Information: Glocient may aggregate information collected through the Services and remove identifiers so that the information no longer identifies or can be used to identify an individual. Glocient shares Aggregated Information with third parties and does not limit the third parties’ use of the Aggregated Information.
